Future Hawks
Yesterday, several of Mr. Davis's agriculture students had the opportunity to go to the 808 Ranch and visit with owner Lamar Steiger. Mr. Steiger talked to the students about the importance of agriculture and FFA. We are thankful to our community partners who support our schools and contribute to student learning! The 808 Ranch recently purchased the hay hauler trailer that was built from the ground up by our student welders.

Teacher Appreciation Day 4 was very delightful. We started the day with Einstein Bagels provided by the High School Admin then had a baked potato bar and desserts from
First Baptist Church of Pea Ridge. We also had some delicious Rick's Bakery cookies donated by Farm Bureau agent Ryleigh Montgomery. Thank you to everyone!
Teacher Appreciation Day 3 at the High School was wonderful. Breakfast was provided by Daylight Donuts, a trail mix bar by STUCO, and a delicious lunch provided by HS parents, but prepared by Jenn Jacobs. We also had some giveaways donated from the Cawthon's and First Baptist Church of Pea Ridge. Thank you so much!
Recently, our DECA chapter attended the International Career Development Conference in Orlando, Florida! Students had to earn the opportunity to compete by placing at the state-level competition. Our DECA members were joined by 25,000 other DECA competitors from around the world! They also had the chance to have some fun while they were there!
We are proud of these students for their hard work and accomplishments! Thank you, Ms. Weast, for your leadership and guidance of our students. Our school store, The Nest, was also recognized at ICDC for being a Gold Certified School-Based Enterprise. Great work PRHS DECA!
