🔧🏆 Pea Ridge Students Shine at SkillsUSA in Hot Springs! 🏆🔧
Our students represented PRHS at the highest level, showcasing leadership, talent, and a strong commitment to their future careers. 👏
⭐ Major highlights:
Payton Wright is a STATE CHAMPION in Pin Design! Her design will be produced and traded at both the National and International competitions this year—an incredible honor! 🌎✨
Lleyton Anderson earned Bronze in Automotive 🥉
👔 Our student leaders made us proud:
Lilly Dunn, Wailey Westlin, Boston Powell, Cruz Porter, and Payton Wright served as State Officers, leading the conference in front of 2,000 participants and even meeting and giving a tour to Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders!
🗳 Looking ahead:
Kamilah Conway, Maggie Tinker, and Georgia Spears were elected to next year’s State Officer Team! They’ll represent Arkansas in Washington, D.C., advocating for Career & Technical Education later this year.
🎤 Additionally, Tristen German had the opportunity to interview with Governor Sanders, sharing insights about welding, his SkillsUSA experience, and his future plans in the field.
We are incredibly proud of these students for building skills, leading with confidence, and representing Pea Ridge so well. The future is bright! 💪
