🚔💙 School Resource Officer Appreciation 💙🚔

February 16th was School Resource Officer Appreciation Day, and we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible officers who serve our campuses each day.

Our School Resource Officers do far more than provide security. They build relationships, mentor students, support staff, and help create a safe and positive learning environment across our district. Their presence brings reassurance to our schools and strengthens the partnership between our district and local law enforcement.

We are deeply grateful for their commitment to protecting our students and staff and for the care they show our school community every single day.

Please join us in thanking our School Resource Officers for all they do for Pea Ridge. 💙

🎭💙 Community Support in Action! 💙🎭

Today, our Pea Ridge High School Theater Department was honored to receive a generous $500 donation from the Pea Ridge Police Department to help offset costs for upcoming performances.

Sergeant Day shared that the funds were raised by members of the PRPD, who are continually looking for meaningful ways to stay engaged and involved in the community. They were proud to contribute these proceeds to support our students as they prepare for their next production.

Theater Director Mrs. Elmore expressed her sincere appreciation for the continued encouragement and support from the community. She shared how much it means to see others recognize the growth, dedication, and momentum of the theater program as it continues to expand and excel.

We also want to recognize freshman Leah Henson, who advocated on behalf of the theater department and made the initial request that led to this contribution. Her initiative and leadership made a real difference.

It was a joyful and encouraging day for our theater students and staff. We are grateful for the Pea Ridge Police Department and the positive partnership they maintain with our school district. 💙
