Officer Helmer is a daily presence at PRJH, building relationships, supporting our students, and helping ensure our school is a safe and welcoming place for everyone. Whether he’s greeting students in the hallway, lending a listening ear, or stepping in when needed, he goes above and beyond to serve our Blackhawk family.
