Today in Intro to Business with Mrs. Feemster, students wrapped up their Human Resources unit with a mock courtroom! ⚖️
Students debated real workplace scenarios from both employee and management perspectives, gaining a deeper understanding of workplace policies, employee rights and protections, and what it takes to maintain a strong, positive work environment.
Such a fun and engaging way to bring real-world learning to life! 👏

Happy National Librarian Day! 📚✨
Today we’re celebrating the heart of our library, Mrs. Casey Cox! She does so much more than keep our library and technology running! She supports students, helps staff, jumps in wherever needed, and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
On top of all that, she also serves as our testing coordinator… which is basically a full-time job in itself 😅👏
Her dedication, kindness, and willingness to always lend a helping hand do not go unnoticed! Thank you, Mrs. Cox, for all that you do for our students, staff, and school community. We are so lucky to have you! ❤️🖤

Today we celebrate our incredible paraprofessionals! ❤️🖤
These amazing individuals are the backbone of our building! They support students, assist teachers, and step in wherever they are needed (which is pretty much everywhere!). From helping students stay on track, to offering encouragement on tough days, to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes… they do it all.
Their patience, kindness, flexibility, and dedication do not go unnoticed. We are so lucky to have such a strong team supporting our students and staff each and every day.
If you see one of our paraprofessionals today, be sure to give them a big THANK YOU! 👏

🎉 PRJH Staff & Teacher of the Month-March 🎉
We are so excited to celebrate TWO incredible leaders who make a difference in our building every single day! ❤️🖤
👏 Staff Member of the Month: Mr. Boddie
👏 Teacher of the Month: Coach Smith
Mr. Boddie has jumped right into PRJH and made a HUGE impact in his first year here! From building strong relationships with students to always being present and supportive, he truly helps make our school a positive, welcoming place.
Coach Smith continues to go above and beyond in the classroom by creating engaging lessons, building meaningful connections, and making learning fun for his students. His impact reaches far beyond academics!

☀️✏️ Chalk + Sunshine + Math!
Mrs. Lamon’s 7th grade students took their learning outside today, using chalk to practice solving equations for x and y. From drawing out their steps to checking their answers, students turned the sidewalk into a giant workspace!
Hands-on learning (and a little fresh air) makes math even more fun! 🧮🌤️
