Pea Ridge High School's Open House was very successful. Parent and student participation was at an all time high. Students were able to receive their chromebooks, schedules, and parking passes. The night was filled with meeting teachers and visiting with classmates. The staff was provided a delicious dinner by Pea Ridge First Baptist Church. Thank you to all who participated.
Attention Seniors: starting today through Open House you can see Mrs. Jones at the High School office to pay for your parking pass and pick out your spot. Parking passes are $15 and you can pay by cash, card, or check.
Reminder: High School Open House is this Friday, August 9th from 3:30 until 6:30. We hope to see you there.

Welcome McKenna to our Career and Technical Education Team! She will work with junior high and high school students in our Agriculture "Animal Systems" Program of Study. As an experienced FFA Alumni herself, she will also help lead and advise our FFA Chapter. We're so glad you're here, McKenna!

ATTENTION SENIORS & PARENTS: We are opening up another opportunity for graduation practice for any senior planning to attend the state Softball game on Friday. The alternate practice will be TOMORROW at 10:45 AM. Your attendance at one of the practices is still required to walk at graduation.
Senior Kiera McChristian was awarded the Kiwanis Youth Excellence Award today. Kiwanis strives to recognize young people who have persevered through adversity for their accomplishments which otherwise may not have been acknowledged or recognized. Those “Human Cause” accomplishments that touch our heart and lives are the Kiwanis Club priority. Kiera is the true definition of a Blackhawk. She participates in Special Olympics and serves her community through her work with Bright Futures and the Blackhawk Pantry. These are just two of the reasons why Kiera was presented this award. We are super proud of you Kiera. Congratulations!
