Congratulations to our 2026-2027 Student Council!!!

As one school year comes to a close, we are already looking forward to the next!
On Wednesday, our ninth graders attended their final pep rally as junior high students, while our incoming sixth graders joined us to kick off the beginning of their junior high journey. It was a special moment celebrating one chapter ending and another beginning.
This morning, we gathered in the Performing Arts Center for our Excellence Awards to recognize and celebrate our students’ academic achievements.
We are so proud of all our students and everything they have accomplished this year. Here’s to celebrating a great school year and looking ahead to an exciting future at PRJH!

Mrs. Lamon’s 7th grade math students are diving into theoretical and experimental probability today! 🎲📊 Students are using hands-on activities and critical thinking skills to compare predicted outcomes with actual results while building a deeper understanding of probability concepts. Great learning happening in 7th grade math!

As we wrap up Teacher Appreciation Week, we want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who helped make this week so special for our staff!
The morning started off with bagels and cream cheese from the PRJH cheereleaders. Lunch was generously provided by the Armbrister family and El Pueblito — and it was delicious! 🌮❤️
Mrs. Feemster’s Intro to Business class has also been keeping a big secret all week long. Students have been working hard in the JH Nest to create custom t-shirts for all of our teachers as a special surprise! 👕✨
We are so thankful for the support from our community and proud of our students for showing appreciation to the teachers who make a difference every day.

Happy Nurse Appreciation Day, Nurse Amy Jasay!
We are so thankful for our amazing school nurse! She keeps our students safe, cared for, and always brings a smile to those who walk through her door. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, but she’s also pretty funny—which might explain why students suddenly feel the need to “visit” her between classes!
She also has a special talent for sniffing out who really needs help and who might just need to head back to class 😉. No matter the situation, she handles it all with patience, care, and a great sense of humor.
Our school is a better place because of you—we appreciate you more than you know!

Teacher Appreciation Week has been extra special thanks to our amazing community!
The Happy Wagon was generously donated by Mrs. Kyra Klassen with Alpha Gal Arkie Bakery, and our Intro to Education class created thoughtful bookmarks and inspirational buttons for everyone.
To top it all off, Takashimura Food Truck provided lunch for all of our teachers today—what a treat! If you haven’t tried them yet, you definitely should… they are AMAZING!
We are so grateful for the support shown to our teachers this week! They went home with full bellies and happy hearts!🍎

Thank you to Mrs. Kristi Wiles with FCA for sponsoring our lunch today for teachers!! We LOVE a nacho bar at PRJH 🌮😋

Mrs. Feemster’s Intro to Education class pulled off a sweet surprise by sneaking into the school the night before Teacher Appreciation Week to decorate! 💙🍎
We’re so thankful for students who go the extra mile to show appreciation for our amazing teachers. Your kindness and thoughtfulness do not go unnoticed!

Happy Principals’ Day, Mrs. Raymond!
In her first year at Pea Ridge, she has already created a culture of teamwork, support, and high expectations. She celebrates our wins, helps us learn from setbacks, and makes sure every student, teacher, and staff member knows they are an important part of the team.
Because of her leadership, we are stronger, more connected, and moving forward together.
Thank you, Mrs. Raymond, for leading us with heart and purpose—we are lucky to be on your team!

We are proud of our students for the hard work they’ve put into the ATLAS test this week! To celebrate their effort, students who have earned tickets will enjoy an extended lunch along with a visit from local food trucks.
Food will be available for purchase, with most items ranging from $5–$15. Sample menus have been shared so students can plan ahead. School lunches will still be available for anyone who prefers not to purchase from the food trucks.

The Green Thumbs Club spruced up the front of the school today by planting red and white begonias! We had such a fun time celebrating Earth Day (a day late) outside with plants. Also a huge thanks to Mrs. Schoolcraft for providing the flowers and Mrs. Nobles for donating the money for it!!!
