Senior Eden Ross recieved the Kiwanas Youth Excellence Award on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. This award is given to one student from each school for their accomplishments in their schools and/or community that touch the hearts and lives of others, despite having to overcome difficult circumstances.
Eden was nominated by her teacher Mrs. Brouse who had this to say about her: Eden Ross is a bright and determined student who brings positivity and kindness to school each day. Despite facing multiple disabilities she consistently shows a strong work ethic and a willingness to support others. Eden is involved in Special Olympics, Student Council, Colors Day Court and the Red Apron cooking program. Eden will also graduate with High Honors. Through the work program Open Avenues, Eden demonstrates responsibility by organizing, cleaning, and assisting with daily tasks. Known for her joyful personality and love of dancing, Eden makes a meaningful impact on everyone around her.
