Pea Ridge Junior High Facebook Group

As we plan and prepare for the exciting reconfiguration that will take place prior to the 2020-2021 academic year, we want to be sure that parents have the resources they need and are connected.

We’ve created this group, similar to the other building groups for incoming 7th, 8th, and 9th graders.

As the end of this school year nears, we’ll begin to make the shift for the other groups. In the meantime, if your child will be attending Junior High (7-9) next year, we invite you to join this group for Junior High specific content and details.

Join the Junior High Facebook Group here.

FFA Banquet

Pea Ridge FFA Banquet has been postponed. We will plan a cookout/picnic at a later time…once we know something on the extent of the social distancing/AMI days.

The PRHS Prom is postponed.  Prom will not be on April 18, and we will do our best to reschedule before the school year ends.  Having prom on our campus gives us a lot of flexibility to reschedule as soon as we are allowed to get back in school.

2020 Graduation

Graduation is still scheduled for May 16.  We will let you know if that changes.

Attention Seniors

On Thursday, April 9 Balfour will be on campus for curbside pick up of announcements, cap and gown, and any other 2020 memorabilia that was ordered previously.  Please use the car rider line in front of PRHS that is accessible from Weston Street.  To help reduce congestion we are asking that last names A-M arrive between 10-11 and N-Z from 11-12.

Everyone needs to remain in their vehicles to help abide by social distancing guidelines.

Last Saturday, the Department of Education issued a statement saying senior semester grades could be based on the third quarter grade.  Like most other schools, PRHS will currently continue to educate seniors during the fourth quarter. Seniors need to continue working in their online classes, including all Advanced Placement courses and Concurrent Credit courses.

If a senior failed a class during the 3rd quarter and needs the course credit for graduation, they will be enrolled in credit recovery for that course.  Parents/guardians will be contacted during the week of March 30 to be informed of this credit recovery option.

Please don’t hesitate to call 800 451-1343 or email with any questions
