Pea Ridge School District

Ready for Learning

“During my past 22 years in the district, I’ve never been prouder to be a Blackhawk than I am right now.”

– Keith Martin, Superintendent

Pea Ridge School District has engaged a Ready for Learning District Committee to work through the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) and Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. The district will be prepared to support student learning in multiple settings for both school district staff and students enrolled in Kindergarten – 12th Grade. In August, we will be ready for learning. It will look different but with collaboration and dedication, we can make this our best year yet.

On July 9, 2020 Governor Hutchinson’s announced a delayed start of the 2020-2021 school year. Per Governor Hutchinson, the school year will start no earlier than August 24, 2020 and no later than August 26, 2020.
